About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Office Administrator/Manager to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across our office functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of administrative operations, supporting executive leadership, and maintaining a high standard of organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all office administration functions, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with organisational policies.
* Develop, implement, and maintain office systems, processes, and procedures to support business objectives.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to administrative staff.
* Oversee budget preparation, financial administration, and reporting requirements.
* Coordinate executive meetings, prepare documentation, and deliver timely managementreports.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace productivity and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
* Master’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related discipline (essential).
* Proven experience in office administration, operations management, or a senior administrative role within a corporate environment.
* Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
* Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
