PRODUCT SPECIALIST/TRAINER

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in depth market research and competitor analysis

• Monitor industry trends, customer preferences and emerging technologies

• Analysis product performance and provide insight to support pricing, positioning and portfolio decisions

• Provide technical expertise and support on automotive products to the sales and service teams

• Deliver product training programs to internal staff

• Support the launch of new products with training, demonstrations, and technical guidance.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification

• Proven experience in automotive product training, technical support, or similar role

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, technologies, and industry trends

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of e-learning tools is an advantage

• Willingness to travel for training and product support.
