We are looking for an Operations Manager who is open to challenges to join our operations team on a full time basis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and lodgement of the company’s income tax returns under close supervision of external accountants
• Debtors and Creditors management
• Liaise and manage relationships with customs,freight and insurance brokers
• Local/Overseas Payments
• Managing the Admin Team
• Preparation of FNPF
• Preparation of management reports and accounts
• Preparation of Vat/PAYE/FBT using FRCS online portal
• Reconciling of Cashbook and Bank Reconciliations
• Stock Reconciliation/Stock Takes
• Understanding the current internal control system and identifying areas which needs improvement and reporting to the directors
