Based in Fiji and part of the TKW Collective Group – a prominent market research company with multiple business divisions such as TKW Research, CDM Direct, My CX, & J&S whose client base includes some of the world’s biggest car brands, Australia’s largest banks and the Australian Government – we’re a professional business process outsourcing (BPO) company offering flexibility and cost efficiencies to companies across the world.

We are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team based in Fiji. This is a permanent full-time role and reports into the Group Financial Controller.

What you would be accountable for:

· Completing the assigned transactional processing work while ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures.

· Perform GL reconciliation activities on a periodic basis.

· Record financial transactions accurately and promptly into MYOB.

· Perform reconciliations and analytical tasks to identify and resolve any discrepancies.

· Participate in process improvement meetings.

· Assist the team in the payroll processing function.

· Assist with managing the accounts payable and receivables functions.

What you will need:

· University diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a related field would be preferred.

· Knowledge of MYOB is preferred but not necessary.

· Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel & Word skills.

· Possess high energy, drive and be capable of forging strong professional relationships.

· Be customer service oriented and deal diplomatically with clients at all times.

· Self-motivated, hardworking, disciplined, knowledgeable and capable of working autonomously or within a team.

· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
