FINANCE OFFICER
A rewarding opportunity exists for a qualified and experienced individual to join the Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji as its FINANCE OFFICER. You will be playing an important role in ensuring a safe and secure aviation system for Fiji.
The Finance Officer ensures transparency and accuracy in terms of recording and reconciling accounts, general ledgers and other transactions. The role assists in ensuring the statutory and regulatory compliance of the organisation is maintained and provides administrative support to the finance department. This role reports to the Accountant.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
⦁ A degree in accounting or finance with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
⦁ In-depth knowledge of statutory financial functions including IFRS/IAS and accounting processes.
⦁ Exceptional analytical and time management skills.
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⦁ Good working knowledge of computer-based accounting systems.
⦁ A valid driving licence would be an advantage.
