JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Pepper Advantage Fiji is seeking for a Senior Operations Manager who will be responsible for delivery of the Primary Service Objectives through the management of Pepper’s residential servicing operations. This can involve the oversight of Operations teams, Client Relationship management and system/operational development.

Join NowKey Responsibilities
Delivery of SLA objectives across multiple areas.
Oversight of recruitment in terms of quality and headcount.
Management of the department succession plan.
Delivery of department Engagement plan.
Delivery of performance data to Operations, Governance and Board.
Management of Complaint volumes and RCA.
Oversight of all QA activity.
Ensure all department regulatory training is completed on time.
Delivery of Internal Audit and GRC (Incident) actions.
Oversight of Procedure update schedule.
Chairing of Client Governance meetings and associated working groups.
Attendance and reporting into the Loan Management Committee.
Oversight of department training matrix.
Establishing and maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards.
Interact with other Senior Managers to provide project management expertise to deliver change.
Consider TCF and outcomes in all aspects of strategic planning.
Representing Primary Servicing as a Senior Manager for projects
Implementation of new client originations & back book.
Implementation of system enhancements to deliver efficiencies, regulatory compliance and to mitigate risks to the business.
