Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost effective operation of Humes’ manufacturing facilities. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for production performance, asset reliability, people leadership, safety, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations across precast and concrete pipe manufacturing sites
- Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Improve asset utilisation, productivity, and cost performance
- Develop and lead high performing operational teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of senior operations experience, ideally in manufacturing or construction materials
- Strong leadership, safety focus, and continuous improvement mindset
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build high-performing teams.
- Strategic, commercially astute, and execution focused.
