Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the smooth operation of our office.
- The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in handling office procedures.
- You will be responsible for coordinating administrative duties, providing support to staff, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Oversee general office operations, including the management of supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Record Keeping: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of files, documents, and correspondence. Manage digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
Communication: - Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
Scheduling and Coordination: - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring effective calendar management. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them as needed.
Document Preparation: - Prepare and process documents such as reports, presentations, invoices, and memos. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
Compliance: - Ensure that the office complies with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Daily Cleaning and security for the office.
