We are looking for a team player, open to challengers to join our operations team on a full-time basis.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative tasks with the sales, admin, and operational teams.
Support the daily activities of the sales, admin, and operational teams.
Prepare quotations and assist with marketing functions.
Maintain and update the customer database and sales analysis.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Essential Qualifications:
Self-motivated and well-organized approach to work.
- Basic knowledge of sales and administrative processes.
Strong attention to detail.
Well-developed written communication skills.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
