We are looking for suitably qualified applicants for the following role to join our Island team.

Join NowKey Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily sale transaction and follow up in timely manner
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording of accounts receivables data
- Reconcile the accounts to ensure that all payments are accounted/posted
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice.
- Liase with mainland office on queries.
- Maintain accurate historical records.
- Maintain confidentiality of organization information.
- Other administration duties
Key Attributes:
- Minimum qualification required – Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
- Prior work experience and knowledge of accounts receivables will be an added advantage;
- Computer knowledge is essential.
- Must be well versed with Xero Accounting Software/MS Word/ Excel/Seekom.
- Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure
- Manage job priorities and deadline.
- Must be a team player
- Able to adapt to island living
- This is an on-site live-in role with shared accommodation.
