Mantaray Island Resort is seeking a reliable and responsible Company Driver to support our busy Mainland Office operations in Denarau. If you’re a safe, courteous driver with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• MUST have a clean and valid Group 2 driving license.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Familiarity with logistics processes, including handling supplies, materials, and inventory.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
• Honest, reliable, and flexible with a “Can Do” attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Logistics

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, supplies, and documents to various destinations in a timely manner.
• Pick up supplies, materials, and equipment from vendors and suppliers as required.
• Coordinate, load, and unload goods for barge and boat transfers to the resort
• Assist the Purchasing Officer with procurement tasks and maintain effective communication to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of receipts and deliveries.
• Manage inventory levels by accurately recording deliveries, stock movements, and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with all transport and safety regulations, maintaining a clean driving record.
• Represent the company in a professional manner when dealing with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
