Requirements
- Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, psychology or similar (preferably a post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management) with experience in workforce planning and developing staff capability.
- Extensive relevant practical experience in recommending, implementing, and maintaining, human resource management policies, procedures in a medium-large organisation (preferably in a similar position in an international/regional or intergovernmental organisation), with preferably over eight years of relevant experience, is required.
- To be eligible for the position, applicants must be nationals of Forum member countries.
