Key Responsibilities

  • one personal assistant to support a Partner in managing his practice and day-to-day administration
  • two secretaries to support teams of lawyers with administration, word processing, filing, diary management and communications.

Requirements

  • At least five years’ experience in a secretarial or administrative assistant role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Highly organized, quality driven and possess strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to draft clear and precise technical communication and reports.
  • Working knowledge of legal terms, procedures and relevant compliance standards is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper documentation protocols are followed consistently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
