Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Summary Of Key Responsibilities
– Check and follow up on payments
– Handle receipts and perform overall bank reconciliation.
– Follow up on Collections of all due debtor accounts
– Ensure all journal entries are accurately recorded in the system.
– Ensure all the schedules are prepared and tally with the general ledger accounts
– Maintain proper record keeping
– Assist in preparation of annual accounts
– Assist in annual Stock take

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
– Proven work experience of 1 to 2 years as Accounts Clerk
– Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
– Able to handle confidential information
