As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:

· Driving category profitability by analysing sales data, identifying underperforming segments, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement targeted strategies that boost revenue and margin—directly supporting the company’s commercial growth objectives.
· Monitoring cost trends through regular review of production and supply chain costs, investigating variances, and making recommendations to optimize expenditure, thus ensuring our operations remain efficient and competitive.
· Highlighting financial risks by proactively assessing potential vulnerabilities in financial forecasts or budgets and working with stakeholders to design and implement effective mitigation strategies, safeguarding the business against unexpected challenges.
· Delivering analytical reporting by preparing insightful, data-driven reports for senior management, enabling fact-based decision-making and influencing strategic planning across multiple business units.
· Building budgeting and forecasting models to support annual and long-term planning, incorporating market trends and historical data to set realistic, achievable targets that align with our corporate vision.
· Coaching and mentoring team members by providing guidance, sharing expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning—an opportunity to develop your own leadership capabilities and play a key role in shaping a high-performing team environment.
· Building strong stakeholder relationships by partnering with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance facilitating clear communication and driving alignment towards shared business goals.

What we are looking for:

· A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
· At least eight years’ experience—ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods industry (FMCG).
· Proven expertise in management accounting, costing, and variance analysis.
· Experience in related industries with similar accounting challenges will also be considered.
· Expertise with large accounting systems preferably SAP.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· A collaborative, results-driven mindset.
