JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
FA & COMPANY, a leading Suva based Law Firm has a vacancy for the position of ACCOUNTS CLERK.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual with experience to join our accounts team. The successful applicant, will assist our accountant and the team and must possess the following:
Qualifications and Skills:
A Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role;
Competent in Excel and Xero; and
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review bank reconciliations
Post journal entries to general ledger
Prepare accounts summaries/reports for higher decision making within business
Process payroll and prepare payroll reports
Review accounts payable entries to ensure accuracy of reporting
