Accounts Clerk
Hardip Narayan & Sons Pte Limited is a leading wholesale and distribution business in Nasinu, specialising in spices, general groceries, and merchandise.
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team of officers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily accounting tasks with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Processing and reconciling invoices and payments with daily dispatch tally records maintained.
· Managing Inventory, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Assisting with bank and ledger reconciliations.
· Maintaining and filing accurate financial records.
· Supporting the office team with general administrative duties.
· Ensuring the team meets the daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounts clerk or similar role.
· Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, MYOB, Jiwa and Excel).
· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
· Excellent data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong email and verbal communication and organizational skills.
