Rainbow Cool Tech Fiji (Pte) Ltd – The Company is a hi-tech company that caters for all commercial, industrial and domestic air-conditioning and Refrigeration work. Also specialized in the construction or building of cool rooms and freezer rooms. RCTL is specializing in all aspects of Domestic, commercial and industrial refrigeration. We design and install refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and provide maintenance and service contracts to suit our client’s requirements. The company has its head office located at Shop 2, P.D.Singh Building, Sigatoka Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Vacancy for Admin Assistant: – Nadi Branch (Shop 19 Prime Complex Namaka)

Qualifications:

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a company. The ideal candidate must have: Showroom Sales Experience with B-com Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting or Certificate level or equivalent

· Knowledge of Debtors collection / upkeep of Debtors Reporting’s

· Controlling of stock movement and keeping record of same

· Daily Banking and receipting, Invoicing, customer service and assist in Showroom Sales

· Staff supervision and organizing Daily Technicians day to day runs

· Must be computer literate , Good Written & communication skills

· Ability to multi- task and be flexible

· Familiar with accounts software including POS system etc

· Must be reliable & honest person

· 3 to 4 years working experience in Sales & administration duties

· Previous work experience is an added advantage

Work Experience:

1 – 3 years of relevant Admin Assistant with Sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

A team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
