JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
The administrative officer will be responsible for the following:-
- Maintain cash book, debtors, creditors and payable
- Manage day to day book-keeping and accounting function
- Performing bank and other reconciliation
- Preparing VAT returns and other statutory returns
- Preparing creditors reconciliation and payment vouchers
- Typing letters and emails
Qualification and Experience
- Accounting and computing qualifications or experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound planning and organisation skills
- Excellent typing skills with knowledge of all main software – word, excel and myob
