DOCUMENT ADMINISTRATOR (RE-ADVERTISED)

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE – SUVA

 

 

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain and manage all FRA documents ensuring that documentation is easily accessible and stored.

 

 

Role Requirements:

 

 

· Diploma in Business Administration or similar experience
· 3 years of work experience in office work, documentation control or project support
· Knowledge of Civil Construction Engineering discipline, procurement and administration related work and familiar with statutory organization’s functions
· Competency in use of spreadsheets, word processing and SharePoint
· Experience in keeping clear and accurate records and reports
· Ability to use computer systems to rapidly input data and retrieve records and information
· Ability to organize work load and manage filing methods
· Good written and verbal communication skills
