We are seeking a self-motivated person with attention to detail and excellent written and communication skills to join the company in the position of:

Airline Ticket Agents.

The role requires assessing complex tickets received via a queue that requires manual issuing. The airline ticket agents should have the ability and skillset to manually built tickets from scratch using interline agreements.

Requirements:

1. Form 7 pass or relevant qualifications in Admin or Clerical
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in the airline industries
3. Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
4. The ability to transfer data into requisite systems with accuracy & detail.
5. An in-depth knowledge of Excel is an advantage
6. Be a team player and work responsibly without direct supervision.
