The Application Support Engineer is critical to making this happen and will:

Manage and maintain applications (for the Pacific) including NICE and other critical Banking applications with maximum uptime and performance;

Deliver enhancements, upgrades, and changes to keep the application up to date;

Take part in facilitating continuous improvement practices for Key Applications, delivering upgrades and enhancements; and

Adopt a vision and plan for application-level solution design and architecture for the platform;

 

Role Location: ANZ Pacific Operations, Kalabu

Role Type: Permanent, Full time

 

 

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

5+ experience with Application Support, managing servers, upgrades, patching and Disaster Recovery activities.

Solid experience with Incident, Change and Problem Management

Some experience with Cloud will be an added advantage.

Experience with Voice platforms will be an added advantage.

A degree in Computing Science and Information Technology

ITIL Certifications will be of an added advantage.

Some engagement with Vendors and Third parties will be valuable.

Project Management skills – Some experience with SDLC will be an added advantage.
