We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as the Area Manager C (Suva to Korovou Town). The role reports to the Regional Distribution Manager – Central, in the Consumer Department. You will be accountable for the successful implementation of approved sales plans, initiatives, projects, products, services, campaigns within the respective Consumer Sales Channels and Segments.

Key role responsibilities are:

• This role is accountable for the successful implementation of approved sales plans, initiatives, projects, products, services, campaigns within the respective Consumer Sales Channels and Segments.
• Drive and Achieve Area Sales targets for TV, ISP, GSM Prepay (All Products within the Consumer Segment) within each targeted channel and segment by managing the Area provided
• Develop Area targeted Sales Rollout Plans, coordinate the allocation of approved targets to channels and ensure that proper communication & workshop is conducted with Area Sales for effective impact.
• Collaborate with and support Commercial, Marketing and other Consumer Channels to ensure that there is full delivery of Area Sales target within agreed timelines and standards.
• Responsible for continuous and targeted collaboration with both internal & external stakeholders to shape and deliver Consumer Segment strategies.
• Coach and develop Area Team, facilitate talent growth plans within the Area Sales Team and ensure that performance is managed in line with Company guidelines.
• Driving is essential for this role

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration and minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
