Key Responsibilities
- Assisting staffs wherever they need assistance in their work
- Counting of cash and verify with attached cash count sheet
- Signing of miscellaneous invoices raised for the Company before it being sent to customers for payment and for inter-company invoices.
- Ensuring all inter-company postings and payments are done accordingly
- Checking all payment vouchers for Company is checked
- Reconciliations – Ledger balances, fixed asset (additional & disposals) accruals & prepayments
- Ensuring staffs had correctly reconciled the GLs assigned to them on timely basis
- Preparation of VAT and YTD VAT reconciliation is done then the current months VAT is prepared
- Preparation of Management Reports – and reporting to management
- General ledger correction is made where appropriate
- Any work assigned by the Accountant
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- Sound knowledge in Financial Accounting fundamentals and standards
- Ability to communicate skills
- Stress management skills
- Time management skills
- Be willing to have a credit check and police clearance done
