Key Tasks and Duties:

• Assist in reviewing the existing OHS policies and procedures according to government legislations, standards and code of practice.
• Perform hazard identification and risk assessment reports for all locations.
• Liaise with OHS committee members and management to ensure compliance are in place.
• Actively participate in incident investigations, make recommendations on corrective/preventive actions and ensure all OHS matters are reported promptly.
• Liaise with teams and relevant authorities in respect to OHS training needs.
• Attend to any other work related duties as assigned by management.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Certificate IV in OHS or Diploma in OHS preferred.
• OHS Modules 1-2 participant certification.
• Significant work experience in OHS, field operation will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of OHS and relevant legislatives which suits best practice to retail industry.
• Experience in conducting safety audits under minimum supervision.
• Must have good MS Office, interpersonal and data presentation skills.
