Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure the efficient operation of the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Police Community Policing (ACP/Community Policing)
- Manage communications, correspondence, records, and confidential documents in accordance with organizational requirements
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and official events, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, briefing materials, and action items
- Arrange and manage official travel, including itineraries, accommodation, visas, and related travel documentation
- Maintain office supplies and administrative resources to support operational needs
- Liaise effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and external agencies to facilitate communication and coordination
- Actively contribute to unit and corporate requirements
Requirements
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration or equivalent relevant proven experience
- 2 years or more proven experience as Typist, Secretary or a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic office management procedures
- Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, mail etc)
