DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A BAKERY CONSULTANT
YOU WILL :
- Conduct research to develop original recipes.
- Coordinate baking schedules.
- Ensure products are up to standard.
- Formulate and conduct short course training programmes.
- Recommend suitable machinery and equipment.
- Formulate new products.
- Qualification in Professional Bakery and Food Science. Masters level would be desirable.
- Have basic math, food technology and practical skills.
- At least 15 years’ experience in baking field.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of work processes in I an FMCG environment, would be an added advantage.
- Assertive and effective communication skill – in writing and speaking, interpersonal skill, result oriented.
