JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Experienced with menu planning, hands-on, and able to use locally sourced fresh produce.
Must have previous experience in cocktail making, beer line systems, local and imported beers, and wines. Outgoing
attitude, impeccable presentation, and well spoken.
To be successful in any of these roles, you will have unlimited work rights in Fiji, and able to work nights and weekends
