WE’RE HIRING
BARGAIN BOX (FIJI) PTE LTD. HAVING RETAIL OUTLETS ACROSS FIJI, IS SEEKING TO HIRE SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCE BRANCH MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER TO BE BASED AT CENTRAL DIVISION.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Making sure the team adheres to company policies & procedures
· Resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and organizing the team schedule
· Maintaining an overall management style that follows company’s best practices
· Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning
· Working closely with the store manager
· To lead and train staff
SKILLS
· Should have a consistent work history and previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role
· A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus
· Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
· Excellent organizing and leadership quality
· Computer literate and ability to work on POS program
· Ability to work under pressure
· Be a team player
