This is a full time position which will be based at our Head Office in Suva and will report to the Business Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in managing and growing the business portfolio.
• Perform full analysis of credit and financial information of clients and writing up loan submissions with appropriate recommendations.
• Follow up on customer financials and relevant information in advance and timely completion of account reviews.
• Prepare Letters of Offers in line with all approval conditions and covenants in a timely manner.
• Work in collaboration with solicitors and Lending Support Unit for settlement of loans.
• Extract, compile and distribute fending reports on a regular basis as and when needed by the business units.
• Attend to customer requests, queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Liaise with relevant internal business units on client matters to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Ensure business compliance with policies, procedures, processes and Health & Safety.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to S years of proven experience in a similar role with good understanding and interpretation of financial information.
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Banking & Finance and/or Information Systems is desirable.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication ability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with strong initiatives.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and personal presentation, positive outlook and a strong desire to maintain high standards.
• Ability to deliver on strict deadlines.
