Tourism Fiji is seeking experienced and results oriented individuals who are passionate about Fiji to join our Head Office team in Nadi. These roles will perform various responsibilities which assist with the implementation of its corporate and marketing strategies to ensure that the world knows that Fiji is the place ‘Where Happiness Finds You’.

The ideal candidates will be degree qualified with at least 3 years proven experience preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

Tourism Fiji aspires to build its business events portfolio to raise international awareness of Fiji as a business events destination and has created this exciting new role.  As a senior team member, the BEMM will be responsible for a range of activities including the evaluation, selection and management of business events in Tourism Fiji’s events calendar.

These positions require strong skills in communication (both verbal and written) and stakeholder management. The roles require creative thinking and the ability to identify and evaluate relevant opportunities. Sound general knowledge of Fiji and its products and experiences are preferred but not essential.  The ability to manage multiple priorities with a ‘can do’ attitude will be highly regarded.
