Who are we? Unity4 are a contact centre outsourcing company established in 2000 and now employs agents who work from home across Australia, NZ the UK and Canada. We are now launching in Fiji and are looking for call centre agents to help grow our company.
What is the role? We are looking for work from home telephone operators who are confident in making outbound calls to contact consumers and take them through our phone-based lifestyle survey. We will provide the leads and numbers to make the calls, along with paid training and a competitive hourly rate.

What you need
- The confidence to make outbound calls with an excellent phone manner
- Be available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week (11.00am – 7.00pm)
- A dedicated home office or workstation away from distractions and noise
- A stable internet connection and computer/laptop.
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently at home
