JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Carptrac, the Caterpillar Distributor in the Fiji Market has an excellent opportunity available for suitably qualified and experienced person for the role of Sales & Administration Office to be part of our Caterpillar team based at 1 Carpenter Street, Raiwai Suva.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Manage Sales inquiries, providing product information, and assisting clients in the decision-making process.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and delivery of Caterpillar products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, transaction, and communications.
Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide admintration support by handling documentation, filing and responding to emails and phone calls.
Assist in organizing sales events, meetings, and presentations to promote Caterpillar products.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Any additional work assigned by the General Manager as and when required.

 

Requirements

Certificate in Office Administration or extensive experience in office administration.
Proven experience in sales and administration, preferably in the heavy machinery or construction industry will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Caterpillar products is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid Group 2 Driving License
