JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
NAI’A Cruises Fiji Limited is looking for a Chef to join our NAI’A team and work on our vessel MV NAI’A.
The person must have the following qualification and skills:
Minimum 4 years cooking experience for high end clients.
Team leader skills
Valid Maritime short courses
Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Ability to present and communicate effectively
Ability to handle crises and maintain a high level of customer service
Honest and able to work without supervision
A team player and able to handle any other tasks and responsibilities assigned.
