JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Experienced with menu planning, hands-on, and able to use locally sourced fresh produce.
Previous experience in producing quality meals a must, able to use local produce, hands on. You are a team player who is
able to support management team with a positive outgoing attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer
service and attention to detail.
To be successful in any of these roles, you will have unlimited work rights in Fiji, and able to work nights and weekends
