- Financial Strategy & Operations: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting of all branches: local and international.
- HR & Talent Leadership: Direct talent acquisition, performance management, compensation structures, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with customs, trade, import/export, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial and HR Best practices: Compliance adherence and develop all financial practices and HR policies to comply with local and international labor laws and regulatory standards.
- Executive Leadership: Act as a core member of the executive team, providing actionable data and strategic insights to support company growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive, executive-level leadership experience in both finance and HR roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial software, HRIS platforms, and international finance and audit regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
