What is the job ? 

We are looking for an experienced Chief Steward.

What do we need from you?

As a Chief Steward you’ll manage day to day operation of stewarding department, responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas, implementing all food safety policies and procedures, train all supervisors and team members in HACCP and develop interpersonal skills within the team to promote versatility within the department.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chief Steward or other similar senior roles. You’ll have experience in delivering high level of food safety quality in a five star hotel and preferably worked with food safety systems such as HACCP.
