JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Carptrac is seeking to hire a Cleaner for upkeep of its property in Raiwai, Suva.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning of all office areas.
Responsible for carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning.
Responsible for removing trash in office areas and around the office building.
Responsible for cleaning restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
Responsible for picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Perform polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed.
Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
Performs additional duties as needed.
Qualification and Experience:
Form 6 pass with proven experience in General Office Cleaning.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Basic Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety & Hygiene & Sanitation.
