JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as a Commercial Analyst to be based in our Nabua Office. The role reports to the Commercial Manager and as the Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analysis and insight for potential needs and wants of existing/ new subscribers. You will also be conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, and time integrated plans for product introduction. You will also be expected to provide Digital Services/Apps Analytics to grow Digital Services subscriber penetration
Core Responsibilities:
Provide regular dashboards of key drivers for subscriber and revenue growth
Lead weekly meeting with the Commercial Manager to present campaign performance / post promotion analysis and insights on subscriber and revenue trends e.g. performance of company initiatives, impact of competitor activities, effect of seasonality, etc.
Preparation of KPI reports for Board Report / Board Meeting / Market review and monthly Finance reports
Data quality tracking and escalation in data sources.
Assist the Commercial Manager in the preparation of business cases
Assist the CCO and Commercial Manager in the annual budget preparation.
Capability to handle large volume of data
Academic qualifications, Skills & Experience required for this role:
Bachelor’s Degree in either Computer Science and Information Systems or Bachelor of Science.
Experience in soliciting business requirements and translating those requirements into key performance indicators.
Reporting design and development.
Management and Communications skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
Experience working with large sets of data
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
