JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience with consistently meeting targets / KPIs.
- Ability to effectively get past the gatekeeper and qualify the decision-maker.
- Build immediate rapport with prospects and convert them to assist in data collection.
- Must be able to conduct interviews and surveys on a range of topics and record responses.
- Must be able to overcome objections, qualify opportunities and conduct surveys.
- Advanced Microsoft Word & Excel skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Some previous cold calling experience will be advantageous.
