Key Responsibilities:
As a Contact Centre Agent, your role will involve:
 Making/receiving a high volume of calls to customers, meeting set targets.
 Utilizing necessary software, reports, tools, and metrics to achieve Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs).
 Participating in training to enhance and develop your personal skills.
 Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
 Striving for first-call resolution and upholding the quality of service provided by the call centre.
 Efficiently responding to customers and creating a positive experience.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
We’re looking for individuals who possess:
 The ability to capture and engage customers in conversation.
 Effective communication skills with strong time management abilities.
 Outstanding telephone etiquette, customer service skills, and active listening.
 Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
