Position Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals with at least two years of experience to join our outbound call centre team. As an Outbound Call Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and building positive relationships with clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, lead generation, and making a difference in the lives of others.




Place outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts and materials.
Introduce products/services to potential clients and effectively communicate key features and benefits.
Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive outreach, engaging conversations, and lead generation techniques.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and concerns.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Document customer interactions, update records accurately, and follow up on leads as needed.
Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
Handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality of service and empathy towards customers.
Adapt to a dynamic environment with a focus on meeting KPIs and working towards achieving business sales goals.
Leverage tech-savvy skills to effectively use CRM software and other digital tools for lead generation and tracking.



High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Minimum of two years of proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, and sales roles.
Excellent communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner.
Strong persuasive abilities and the ability to overcome objections effectively.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Ability to demonstrate empathy in customer interactions and build rapport quickly.
Experience with cold calling and a strong understanding of the lead generation process.
Young, tech-savvy individual with a keen interest in using digital platforms and tools to enhance sales performance.
