The Company and the Role
TKW Collective’s BPO division, Skale CX, and TKW Research Group, one of Australia’s largest market research companies is now setting up in Fiji.
We are seeking to employ multiple enthusiastic call centre agents to conduct interviews and surveys for market research.
Your skills and experience will include:
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience with consistently meeting targets / KPIs.
Ability to effectively get past the gatekeeper and qualify the decision-maker.
Build immediate rapport with prospects and convert them to assist in data collection.
Must be able to conduct interviews and surveys on a range of topics and record responses.
Must be able to overcome objections, qualify opportunities and conduct surveys.
Advanced Microsoft Word & Excel skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Some previous cold calling experience will be advantageous.
Experience with WFH and proven track record of maintaining performance, quality and productivity.
Remuneration: Attractive Salary package commensurate with experience and qualification.
