South Sea Cruises Group is recruiting for multiple positions for Blue Lagoon Cruises, including Cruise Directors to lead onboard guest experiences and a Head Barman to manage bar operations and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on board hospitality teams.
- Deliver and host on board itineraries, events & guest experiences.
- Lead the on board Bar team to ensure delivery of world class cocktails & beverage services.
- Manage day to day bar operations to ensure high standards of beverage service and efficient bar management.
Requirements
- Background in Hospitality, Tourism, Events or a service driven industry.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Highly organized, adaptable and able to preform in a fast paced live aboard role.
