Open Position: Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking applications from qualified candidates for the above role that will be based in Suva.
This is a Full-Time Employment role with 6 months probationary period.
Key Responsibilities for the above role:
Experience in a Customer Service role (freight industry experience preferred)
Manage customers as key paint of contact and their end-to-end orders within DHL network
Support achievement of the Country targets through local, regional, product-related initiatives
Encourage positive/productive ccllaboration with the Sales team, Finance, Operational and all other DHL departments
Ensure compliance, code of conduct, and systems of internal control
Undertake any projects/duties as assigned by the Manager
The candidate should possess the following:
Be a team player and multi-tasking
Demonstrates high standards of conduct and ethics
Fluent in English – written and verbal communication skills
Be able to work under pressure
Valid Driving License (Optional)
Must be fully vaccinated
Diploma / Degree in any related field, 2-3 years of work experience
