Rosie Holidays based at Nadi is Fiji’s leading inbound tour operator with over 40 years of experience. We invite applications from experienced and motivated individuals to join our Global Reservations Division as a Customer Service Associate. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Communicating with customers through various channels
Providing outstanding customer service
Assist in the development, review and implementation of operating procedures
Assist in liaising with Hotel & Tour operators on agents discounted rates request
Ensure correct costings are charged to clients for any extra services rendered
Maintain confidentiality of information

What we require from you:

Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and possess a team player mentality
Have working experience and knowledge of NX tourplan System or any other Reservations System is a plus
Ability to teach yourself new skills, competencies and find answers on your own
