Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be communicating with our customers, assisting with product selection, following up customer enquiries, and making their renovation experience effortless.
Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Consultant at Our Pacific Office, your responsibilities will include:
Provide exceptional, best-in-industry customer experience
Nurture potential customers and pass leads to the sales team
Inspire and support our customers through their renovation journey
Communicate with customers as/when they prefer i.e. email, phone, video, live chat
Assist customers with product or order queries
Manage customer orders and queries
Follow up and resolve customer issues
Respond to Zendesk emails/tickets on the same day they are received
Look at ways to improve our customer experience
Key Performance Goals:
Your main performance goals will be set as part of the performance management process and are subject to change. You will develop your own plan, and each week, your manager will review your workload and assess the performance, volume and quality of your work. Indicative performance goals for the role may include some or all of the following:
Providing exceptional customer experience and maintaining high online reviews of over 4.8 stars
Assist Sales Team in Achieve monthly sales targets as advised each month
Achieve first-call resolution
Assess incoming enquiries, solve post-sale questions and forward all sale enquiries to the appropriate sales team member.
Effective management of customer orders and enquiries
Meet daily shared workload KPI’s as set by manager
Meet CX response time and wait time KPIs as set by the manager

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced customer service role
A track record of providing exceptional customer experience
Energetic, positive communicator with excellent people skills and a can-do attitude
Natural problem solver and exceptional multitasker
A proactive approach to solving problems, getting things done and communicatingwith your team
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing environment
Previous Zendesk experience preferredStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
