Our Team is — seeking an enthusiastic & self-motivated person to join as a Customer Service Officer.
Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers queries & through phone calls.
Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
Take orders and follow through with company procedures to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Provides assistance/feedback on customer complaints
Receives cash payments and issues receipts
Requirements:
Proven work experience in customer service position
Ability to provide consistent high level customer service
Team player — cooperate with employees & superiors
Extensive — experience using MS Office software
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
