JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Our Team is seeking an enthusiastic & self-motivated person to join us as a Customer Service Officer.
Responsibilities:
· Attend to walk-in customers queries & through phone calls.
· Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
· Take orders and follow through with company procedures to ensure timely delivery of goods.
· Provides assistance/feedback on customer complaints
· Receives cash payments and issues receipts
Requirements:
· Proven work experience in customer service position
· Ability to provide consistent high level customer service
· Team player – cooperate with employees & superiors
· Extensive experience using MS Office software
· Excellent communication skills
· Great attention to detail
· Have a good personality & warm attitude
