Hertz Fiji is currently looking for two (2) Customer Services Representative to join our Sales Team in Nadi
Responsibilities:
Organising pick-ups and drop off in a timely manner
Corresponding to all international and domestic rental hire queries via phone, emails or walk ins
Attending to customers by issuing booked vehicles and raising rental agreements
Guiding customers to their destined hotels for first timers in Fiji
Ensuring vehicles are maintained and kept clean at all times
Data entry for system agreements and invoices
Providing chauffeur services as and when required
Qualifications and Experiences
Minimum 1 year experience in similar role with strong leadership skills
Must have high quality customer service knowledge with good spoken English
Basic computer skills
Minimum year 13 level education
Must have full group 2 driving license with a clean record
Must be willing and able to work flexible schedule that can include evenings, holidays and overnight shifts
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
